Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the cases you made for me last year. I like to take a flute along on hikes to special places, and the Hummingbird is just perfect for that. When I go somewhere to play with several flutes and both cases, the cases get as many comments from people as the flutes! I always get asked about them when traveling through airports.
The beauty and craftsmanship of your cases is incomparable, and they give me a wonderful feeling every time I pick them up. And knowing that they were made by you, and not in a factory halfway around the world, makes them even more special. Thanks again for all your help selecting my cases and fabrics, and for doing such a terrific job on them! As my flute collection grows, when I need more cases you can be sure that I'll be calling.

A note to Jeff and JoAnn for the absolutely wonderful condor flute quiver I recieved in the mail today!! It is so beautifully crafted. I am so thrilled that my precious flutes can now travel safely without the getting dinged and scratched when I bring them into New York City with me.If you love your flutes as I do mine an OFS flute quiver is an absolute must and an incredible work of art as well.Thank you so much Jeff and JoAnn...and my flutes thank you too!!!!

I just received my flute "Pink Tales"! It is so much more than I expected!! I want to thank you for the quality craftsmanship, artwork, beadwork, and the phenomenal customer service that you provided. I was not sure what I wanted and you were extremely patient and walked me through the whole process to the end. Well, the end product is quite amazing! "I received the order today, and would like to thank you for such fast and accurate service.
I would also like to let you know that your efforts in packaging make a difference. When I received the box, it had been partially crushed and the styrofoam peanuts were falling out of what was left of the box's endflap. I was expecting a disaster. However...due to the care that was shown when the flute was packaged, it was actually unharmed. With this type of customer service, I feel it would be foolish to look any place else for my flutemaking supplies. May I once again offer my sincere thanks for the quality of your products and service."
