 just had to send my appreciation for how JoAnn has helped me so so much in the products i need to get to start my experience of learning to play the native american flute..
i haven't recieved my product yet,,but i have no doubt i will be just as satisfyed with the quality of them as with the quality of the customer care i have experienced.
