Great Customer Service
You are good friends and wonderful people, and you make great flutes! The most impressive thing is you and JoAnn take great care of your customers, even when they are as picky about their flutes as I am. LOL. I’ve been on the quality side of customer service for AT&T now for 12 years and the last 4 years as a senior quality manager. I know great customer service when I see it, and you guys have it!
